Delete from inside Arithmiq
Use the following path in the app: Open Arithmiq. Sign in to your account. Open Profile. Find Danger Zone. Select Delete Account. Complete both explicit confirmation steps.
What deletion does
The in-app process permanently deletes the Supabase Auth account and deletable user-owned application data, including private problem images owned by the account. It removes access to account-specific progress and history according to the deletion process.
What is not deleted
Shared and reference data is not user-owned and is not removed with an account. Limited security or audit information may remain where necessary for legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or enforcement purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. No fixed retention duration is promised.
Need assistance?
If you cannot access the app or your account, contact support for help with a deletion request. Emailing support does not automatically delete an account; support will explain the available assistance. Never send your password, access token, refresh token, or other secret credentials by email.
