Who operates Arithmiq
Arithmiq is provided by IT Keys LLC in Dallas, Texas, United States. Contact support-arithmiq@itkeys.net for support or privacy questions. Arithmiq is intended for general users and students and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Account authentication uses Supabase.
Information used
Depending on the feature, Arithmiq may process account information such as display name and email, learning progress, XP, streaks and activity, Solver problem text, Scan/OCR and drawing images, Voice Math audio or transcripts, Tutor conversations, quiz and game activity, Formula favorites, and technical or reliability data needed to operate the service. Privacy-conscious feature-usage and reliability analytics may be collected; raw problem text, OCR images, transcripts, and Tutor messages are excluded from generic analytics by the current contract.
AI processing
Solver, Physics, Chemistry, Scan/OCR, speech parsing, quizzes, Voice Math, and Tutor may send submitted content or related context through the Arithmiq backend to approved AI processing providers. The Flutter client does not call those providers directly. AI output can be wrong and should be checked.
Local and reference features
The Unit Converter performs supported conversions on-device and does not use generative AI. Formula Library is curated reference content. Local history and favorites remain on the device until explicitly imported or cleared.
Cloud storage and security
Supabase provides authentication, backend/database services, functions, and private image storage. We use reasonable authenticated policies, server-side authorization, and operational safeguards. Supabase or approved AI providers may process data in locations that differ from your own.
Deletion and retention
Delete Account is designed to permanently remove the account and deletable user-owned data. Retention is purpose-based: information may remain as needed for service operation, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement. Limited security or audit records may remain where necessary, are minimized, and are dissociated from the deleted account where technically appropriate. Shared and reference datasets are not user data and are not removed with an account.
Your choices and rights
For privacy questions or requests, contact support-arithmiq@itkeys.net or use the in-app account controls. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in support messages. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and the technical limits of the service.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the product or its processing changes. Version 1.0 is effective October 8, 2026. Updated policy content will be published on this page.
